Harmston and Waddington Works Risk Assessment - Find a freedom of information request

I would like to request a copy of the risk assessment which would cover the requirement for the signage and the width of the fenced area.

This is in relation to the works being completed to widen the cycle path between Harmston and Waddington.

The road is the A607 Waddington to Harmston around June and July this year. See Ordnance Survey map number 121 grid reference 976 636 to 976 625. The work was being undertaken on the combined footpath/cycleway and the road was at single lane controlled by traffic lights.
