Re: HIGHWAYS Comments to East Lindsey District Council with regard to Planning Application N/003/00279/21 Outline erection of 14 dwellings - on land off Hanby Lane, Alford I would like the following please:

1. Copies of all correspondence between LCC Officers and ELDC Planning Officers following submission of this application. This should include correspondence in any format.

2. Copies of all correspondence between LCC Officers and the applicant's agent (Lincs Design Consultancy) following submission of this application. This should include correspondence in any format.

3. Copies of the notes pertaining to the site visit by LCC Highways Officers to Hanby Lane, Alford in respect of the above on 10 and 16 March 2021, and any subsequent report(s) emanating from those visits.
