Wyville Road - Find a freedom of information request

With respect to your letter dated 2nd November 2020, I wish to counter your claim defence response namely that under Section 58 of the Highways Act 1980 the Council can show that it has in place reasonable maintenance policies and inspection systems.

To this end, please provide to me fully details of:

Wyville Road, Barrowby

1.All the inspections and repairs undertaken on this section of road over the past 18 months under the Freedom Of Information Act.

2.In particular please confirm when the road markings highlighting the pothole hazard were applied to the road in question as evidenced in my photographs already forwarded to the Council 

1. I attach a Asset History Report showing inspections and Job by Location list for between 29/03/2019 and 29/09/2020 being 18 months from the date of the referenced incident.

2. We do not have any specific record confirming the date the defect was highlighted but confirm that an inspection took place on 04 September 2020 when the defect was identified and it is therefore likely that the defect was highlighted in that date. We attach a copy of the works order raised following that inspection.
