Rescue Call-Outs For Domestic Cats - Find a freedom of information request

I am writing to make an open government request for all the information to which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please send me:

1. The number of rescue call-outs where a domestic cat has been stuck or trapped in a tree over the last five years

2. If available, the region where the call-outs from request one were made.
