We are currently looking into Compulsory Purchase Orders, and I was wondering if you could please confirm the following:

1. Firstly, please may you advise if there are any Compulsory Purchase Orders within the county implemented by yourselves?

2. Secondly, if there are compulsory purchase orders, please may you provide the addresses/plans of the area involved?

I can confirm that we are referring to made Compulsory purchase orders.

1. Made CPOs for LCC since 2015 listed below:

• The Lincolnshire County Council (A46 Dunholme and Welton Junction) Compulsory Purchase Order 2019. Made 5 April 2019. Confirmed 28 November 2019.
• The Lincolnshire County Council (A52 Grantham Southern Growth Corridor - Grantham Southern Relief Road) Compulsory Purchase Order 2018. Made 26 February 2018. Confirmed 12 March 2019.
• The Lincolnshire County Council (A15 Lincoln Eastern Bypass) Compulsory Purchase Order 2014. Made 16 April 2014. Confirmed 15 February 2016.
