Traffic Regulation Order - Find a freedom of information request

1.Would you send me please the Traffic Regulation Order, along with any/all amendments, that regulates the parking in Beresford Road, Skegness between its junctions with Lumley Avenue and Lawn Avenue ?

2.Would you also please send me, in accordance with The Freedom of Information Act, details of all changes to road and kerb markings, and related signage for this location since 1 January 2018 ?

I am aware that the TRO and its amendments are public documents that must be made available on request in accordance with the Local Government Act 1972 S.228(5) and The Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 Schedule 2 and are not subject to the 20 days deadline to respond to a Freedom of Information Act request.
