As such, this information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the exemption set out at Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which provides that a public authority need not comply with a request for disclosure under the Act where that information is reasonably accessible by other means.

3, Lincolnshire County Council reached out to Members of Parliament across Lincolnshire when the opportunity to bid was announce, inviting them to join Council Leaders at a virtual meeting where bids were discussed.

Subsequently, letters of support were requested from the two MPs whose constituencies are impacted by the bid - Matt Warman and Sir John Hayes. Both MPs did write in support of the work. The emails attached relate to the correspondence.
