Street lighting columns and CCTV columns - Find a freedom of information request

We are currently improving mobile connectivity across the UK, on behalf of mobile operators.
1.Please can we request the full list of all the street lighting columns and CCTV columns owned by the council, inclusive of the information listed below:

* Asset ID
* Asset Type
* Height
* Latitude
* Longitude
* Easting
* Northing

This is information is requested in excel or CSV format and will be used to conduct a radio planning design, aiming to improve wireless connectivity in the area.

2.Additionally, could you please confirm who is in charge of Digital infrastructure related matters or streetlights asset management within the Council?

1. The information requested for street lighting operated by Lincolnshire County Council is attached in Excel format. No data is available for CCTV columns.
