1. Lincolnshire Community Health Service NHS trust.

2. A fully integrated service including STI and BBV testing, treatment and management; the full range of contraceptive provision; health promotion and prevention.

3. The authority does not hold specific contracts for testing, this is part of the integrated service provided by LCHS.

a. £4,080,382.92 per annum.
