Children out of Education due to Lack of Availability - Find a freedom of information request

Request: How many children are out of education in Lincolnshire due to there not being available spaces for them?
Decision: There are five children where no school within a reasonable distance of home have offered a place. For all five cases, these are within the 20 school days since application as permitted by the School Admissions Code and for all cases Lincolnshire County Council have approached a school to offer a place under the Fair Access Protocol and the schools are within the statutory seven days that they have to reply.
