Personal Injury Claim - Ingoldmells Road, Skegness - Find a freedom of information request

This FOI request is in relation to a personal injury claim which occurred on Ingoldmells Road in Skegness. The client advised that on approach to the bend, just past the Country Kennels, there was a pothole which our Client was forced to drive into, as a result of the Defendant driving on the wrong side of the road.

This has likely caused some additional damage to our Client's bike.

1.We would be grateful if you could provide any images of the pothole, a).and confirmation that the pothole has been reported?

LCC can only see two reports that might relate, see below:

Northeast of the bend - 415755.

415755 - we received this report on 28 January 2022. A job had already been instructed on 6 January for this defect. Photos attached were taken 6 January.

412975 - we received this report on 2 January 2022. It complains about the full length of the road though so may not be relevant. However, the same job as above is linked to it so same photos apply.
