Icy Road off the B1225 Leading to Hemingby From Baumber - Find a freedom of information request

I would like to express concern at the road off the B1225 leading to Hemingby from Baumber, Lincolnshire.

 1. Under freedom of information, I would like to request how many traffic accidents have occurred on this section of road.

2. And how many times the Parish Council has requested that the flowing water problem on the road was fixed.

3. Please advise what action will be taken to stop the flooding water and keep drivers safe as the road should be closed if the water cannot be stopped.

4. Why wasn't action taken earlier?

1. Lincolnshire County Council only holds records of person injury accidents and there aren't any recorded for this stretch of road within the last five years. The Council’s records may not contain data as recent as January 2022 as they take time to filter through.

2. There are no reports directly from the Parish Council requesting the issue be fixed.

3. No work is planned currently. The road will be closed if considered unsafe on receipt of a report.

4. OHDO created an enquiry at 09:44 on 5 January 2022, raised a job at 09:48 and the emergency gang were on site at 10:41 with warning signs erected by 11:59hrs.
