Thank you for your response , dated 19th January, to my claim for compensation for damage to my vehicle due to pot holes on Clay Lane Norton Disney. I am obviously extremely disappointed with the response received and intend to take the issue further
1. A copy of the Record of Safety Inspections for the 12 months prior to my incident
2. A copy of the Service Request /Complaint 408880 and 408881
3. A copy of the Works Order 5629544
4. Details of any mitigation taken for road users of Clay Lane to warn them of the dangerous pot holes identified in Complaints 408880 and 408881 between the date of the service request and the date of the works order. Ur help in this matter
