Children's Act 1989
Children's Act 2004
Children and Social Work Act 2017
We are a national collective of UK citizens, who are also self-representing on a regional basis. In the context of this communication, we are a regional collective, from within the local authority area which your authority serves.
We would draw your attention to the fact that professional and political accountability for the safety and welfare of children places a STATUTORY DUTY on each local authority and such duty is the responsibility of (1) The relevant Local Authority itself, (2) The relevant Director of Children's Services and (3) The relevant Lead Member for Children's Services. This duty of responsibility includes issues relating to any potential and/or actual harms, including deaths, which are or may be associated with all vaccines, injections or indeed any other medical interventions, among other things.
Further, all local authorities have a STATUTORY DUTY to undertake relevant enquiries if it is believed that a child has, or is likely to suffer significant harm (e.g. adverse reactions associated with injections etc).
It follows therefore, that POLICE FORCES, CLINICAL COMMISSIONING GROUPS and LOCAL AUTHORITIES ARE UNDER A DUTY TO WORK TOGETHER, as exemplified in THE CHILDREN AND SOCIAL WORK ACT 2017 concerning matters such as, though not limited to:
- Preventing impairment (physical and mental)
- Achieving best outcomes
- Reviewing ALL deaths of children
- Preventing coercive behaviour (including any taking place in schools etc.)
- Being informed about procedures and plans
- Children being listened to and taken seriously
Indeed, CHILDREN'S ACT 2004 S.11 actually imposes a duty upon police, health authorities and local authorities (as well as others) specifically, to safeguard children and promote their welfare.
With all aforementioned matters in mind, in respect of your local authority area of administrative responsibility, we would appreciate receiving your answers to the following questions:
1. Are you conducting child safeguarding reviews concerning the rollout of Covid-19 vaccines?
2. Is your child safeguarding review panel upholding its duty to be aware of harms suffered by children generally, on a nationwide basis, as a result of vaccines, injections or medical interventions (e.g aware of relevant MHRA 'Yellow Card' data)?
3. Are you liaising with nurseries, schools, colleges and the like within your administrative area, in ensuring nothing is taking place with has the potential to cause either physical or mental harm to children in their charge?
4. Are you in communication with local police forces and child welfare organisations, as well as your local social services staff and partners, in order to ensure that every best possible step is being diligently taken to ensure children are protected from any potential harmful effects of vaccines, injections and other medical interventions?
5. Are you fully aware of the general data recorded and available under the Government's MHRA 'Yellow Card' scheme?
6. Are you actively pursuing measures and educating parties in relation to the promotion of the wellbeing of children within your area of jurisdiction
