Council Vehicles With Seatbelts Fitted - Find a freedom of information request

I would like to know, in terms of contracts that The Council holds for school transport, how many vehicles the council requires to have seatbelts fitted on them. I would like this information to be the most up-to-date that the council has, and to include all of the contracts it has for both large and small vehicles, and for both commercially-operated bus services and closed contracts.

I would like the information broken down by closed and non-closed contracts.

Please see below information as requested based on data taken from Lincolnshire County Council’s system on 12 January 2022.

Contracts: 1829.

Closed: 1518, of which 1381 are required to have seat belts.

Open contracts (fare paying / commercial services): 311, of which four are required to have belts.
