The Process for a Member of the Public to Request a Traffic Regulation Order - Find a freedom of information request

Can you please provide the section of the QMS that highlights the process for a member of the public to request a Traffic Regulation Order, this I understand is documented in the QMS, in addition to this a copy of the latest amendment status of the QMS, which covers the last six months of amendments.

The attached spreadsheet is the way in which changes to the QMS are recorded, through the use of comments against individual cells in row 2. Column NL refers to the Traffic Regulation Order Request process. The way in which the system is managed – including the recording of changes – is compliant with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 as proved through six-monthly external audits by BSi.

The spreadsheet is a live document, so this is a snapshot of it taken on 22 December 2021. It should be noted that the huge majority of the links within it are to documents that are published only internally, so they will not work.
