2. We do not hold this information. The County Council maintains an active Sustainability Team, which works with services across the Council and with partner organisations to implement the organisation's Carbon Management Plan, and to meet the Council's commitment to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, or earlier if possible. Indeed, the Council has recently sought to accelerate carbon reduction by adopting an enhanced target of 68% reductions from the 1990 baseline by 2025, in advance of the national target of 2030. The Green Masterplan is the Council's key plan for achieving this, and is available to view on the County Council's website. It provides an overview of the Council's actions to reduce emissions, and also to address the wider agenda of environmental sustainability.
