You have been shown to be the relevant council for the accident location for the alleged incident that occurred on 29.04.2020 and therefore the information requested is not available from any other industry database or source.

3. Do you have any images/ reports of any maintenance work carried out following the alleged incident? If yes to the above, what maintenance work was carried out and when?
4.Would the damage have been reported to anyone? i.e. insurers? Can you please provide this information from the 1st of January 2019 to the 31st of May 2020

1. Yes damage was reported to a "bridge ahead" warning sign on enquiry 362577 received 30 December 2019 and on enquiry 4142884 on 24 January 2020.
2. There aren't any reports relating specifically to "poles".
