At-Risk Children - Find a freedom of information request

Please provide:

1. The number of at-risk children known to your local authority in the past five years (13 December 2017 to 13 December 2021). Please could this be broken down by year.

2. The number of at-risk children over the past five years (13 December 2017 to 13 December 2021) who have died.

3. For each incident, please could I have details of cause of death/injuries.

The number of "at risk" children known to the local authority is deemed to be those that had an Open Social Care Referral/Request at any time during the year.

3. Over the past five years, the 12 total deaths can be attributed to: Seven Long Term Illness/Disability, One Suicide, Two Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and Two Road Traffic Accidents.
