3.What was this money spent on in each financial year? Please give a breakdown including the details of the project (i.e playing field renovation etc) and cost of the project.

Decision

1. The Local Authority has not received any funding from the Soft Drinks Industry Levy (sugar tax) in the financial years 2018/19, 2019/20 and 2020/21.

2. For each of the grants requested - Health Pupil Capital Fund, Primary PE & Sports Premium and National School Breakfast Programme, the Local Authority does not have this information, the grant conditions detail for example how much each pupil will receive i.e. for Primary PE & Sports Premium schools with more than 17 pupils received £16,000 plus £10 per pupil they do not however provide a breakdown of how these figures have been calculated, we therefore do not know if within the calculations is an element of Soft Drinks Industry Levy.
