The details we require are:

1. In respect of hours provided during the day:

a. The mean hourly rate of the Supported Living paid to providers.

b. The median hourly rate of the Supported Living paid to providers.

c. The lowest hourly rate paid to a provider.

d. The maximum hourly rate paid to a provider.

2. In respect of wake hours provided during the night:

a. The mean hourly rate of the Supported Living paid to providers.

c. The lowest hourly rate paid to a provider.

d. The maximum hourly rate paid to a provider.

3. In respect of sleep-ins provided.

a. The mean rate paid for a sleep-in of to providers for an 8 hour sleep in.

c. The lowest hourly sleep-in rate paid to a provider for an 8 hour sleep in.

d. The maximum hourly sleep-in rate paid to a provider for an 8 hour sleep in.
