Covid Testing Vehicles - Find a freedom of information request

I am attempting to compile (for historical purposes) a list of all covid testing vehicles operating across England.

I would be grateful of the following information:

1. Fleet Number

2. VRM

3. Vehicle Type (i.e. Ford Transit)

4. Converter (i.e. Courtside)

5. Date New or acquired

6. Previous operator (if appropriate)

Please supply in excel format.

Lincolnshire County Council only has access to one vehicle, but it is operated by British Red Cross, so the Council does not hold the information requested.
