Yellow Lines - Barrowby - Find a freedom of information request

In Barrowby near Grantham we have yellow zig zag lines on Rectory Lane, Main Street, High Road and Church street all being at a crossroads. There are also yellow zig zag lines on Church street outside the school 1. There will be a local order authorising the placing of the lines and signs for both that I would like a copy of.

The markings referred to are all advisory and therefore not supported by a traffic regulation order, so there is no order available.
