1. How many agency staff were employed by the service in the Financial Year 2020-2021?
2. How much did the service spend on agency staff in the Financial Year 2020-2021?
3. Does the service have a contract to supply temporary staff in place currently?
a. If so who is contracted to supply temporary staff?
4. Does the service operate any Preferred Supplier Agreement for agency staff?
a. If so when is this due to be retendered?
5. Has the service used any employment agency to fill any permanent vacancies in the financial year 2020-2021?
a. If so, how much was spent on agency finder's fee's and which agencies were used to supply staff?

All agency staff have to be recruited via Lincolnshire County Council. Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue does not and have not used any agency staff for many years.
