Chairman of the Council - Find a freedom of information request

Please provide the following information:

1. Whether an official car is provided for the Chair of the Council when engaged on official business.

2. If so, is the car driven by a member of staff?

3. The total costs over the last three years of providing such a car, including maintenance, fuel, and staff salary, including on costs such as pension contributions

4. Whether a policy exists as to when the car may be used - particularly if an engagement is close to the home address of the Chair of the Council
