We wish to seek details of dates and times within the last 3 years when safeguarding breaches have been logged/recorded by Morton Trentside Primary School when members of the public have accessed the playing field within school hours (term time), causing a safeguarding issue, and have been requested to leave the playing field by a member of staff.
There is currently a Shared Agreement in place between Morton Trentside Primary School and Morton Parish Council. However, it has been brought to our attention by the Board of Governors that they have concerns that school time/hours are being wasted through efforts to remove members of the public who may enter the playing field during school hours. The shared agreement states that members of the public are prohibited to access the field during school hours and Morton Parish Council wish to clarify the frequency/number of incidents recorded. - Decision

Following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by Lincolnshire County Council.
The school should have logged any incidents of concern. The school's risk assessment may make reference to an average number of incidents of this type. The school governors along with the school DSL /HT would be the best people to ask for this information.
