Claim Process and Averages - Find a freedom of information request

Under the freedom of information I would like you to tell me the following information:

1. The average length of time to resolve a claim from start to finish.

2. The average pay-out to a successful claimant.

3. The percentage of claims which are declined.

4. The average cost incurred when a claim is referred to legal services.

5. Total cost for last financial year of claims vs. the cost of providing the service to investigate.

I would like this information for the last three reporting periods, whether that is in line with a financial year or calendar year.
