Expected Performance Standards - Find a freedom of information request

Please can you provide me with a copy of your expected performance standards and any relevant documents) in respect of communication with customers. i.e. how long should one have to wait for a meaningful response to an enquiry.

Decision

The Council doesn’t presently hold performance standards in respect of response times to communications with customers. There is currently work underway as part of our Customer Strategy to develop a Customer Charter which will include appropriate standards. The Customer Charter will be subject to engagement and once agreed will be published on our website.
