With reference to Lincolnshire County Council's Adult Care Charging Policy (dated 13 April 2020).
Where Lincolnshire County Council has arranged residential care home accommodation in Lincolnshire for self-funded placements (with capital or other assets above the upper capital limit in force at the time) who have been assessed as needing residential care but did not have the capacity to make the arrangements themselves; how many of these self-funded placements currently reimburse Lincolnshire County Council for the full costs of their care, where the costs are paid directly to the provider by the Council (under the Local Authority's contract with the residential care home provider) and recharged to the self-funder?
