Penalty for Driving in Bus Lanes - Find a freedom of information request

I'm seeking information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

1.I would like to know how many people have received fines for driving in Lincolnshire bus lanes.

2.I would like the information broken down for each of the last five years,

a).along with the combined value of the fines issued each year.

3.Additionally, how many of these fines were paid straight away, how many were appealed and of those which were appealed - how many eventually paid the fine?
