Restoration of Ellis Windmill - Find a freedom of information request

My request comes in two parts:

1. How much money was spent restoring Ellis Windmill to in July 2017?

2. How many Days has the mill been able to open since that day?

1. The works were carried out over a number of months in 2017 and 18, with final payment being made in 2019. The cost of the work was £99641

2. The windmill has not been open since the repair works were completed. The repair works were finished in 2018 and subsequent health and safety inspection completed prior to opening. This highlighted some additional remedial work for public safety when accessing the building. Whilst this work has been planned to be completed, the covid pandemic delayed completion.
