Covid Testing Centre - Pinchbeck - Find a freedom of information request

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from Lincolnshire County Council. Please may you provide me with:

1. The number of people who accessed the Covid-19 testing centre at Four Seasons House on Enterprise Way, Pinchbeck, Lincolnshire, from when it was opened on 10th April 2021 until its closure on 21st May 2021.

2. The number of test kits requested at the testing centre by the public during this period.

3. The cost of signage to the centre

4. The cost of hiring the centre for use a testing site

5. The cost of staffing the site

6. The amount of staff hired at the site

7. The date the site was first acquired as a testing site and the date the contract for renting/acquiring the site expires (start and end dates of rental contract)

1. The number of people who accessed the Covid-19 testing centre at Four Seasons House on Enterprise Way, Pinchbeck, Lincolnshire, from when it was opened on 10th April 2021 until its closure on 21st May 2021. = 305 tests completed

2. The number of test kits requested at the testing centre by the public during this period = 674 tests collected

3. The cost of signage to the centre = Not held as cost not covered by the Council

4. The cost of hiring the centre for use a testing site = £2050.01

5. We do not hold the cost of staffing the site. The overall cost for the site including staffing, equipment and consumables, and management and organisational expenses were = £285,555.

6. The amount of staff hired at the site = 13

7. The date the site was first acquired as a testing site and the date the contract for renting/acquiring the site expires (start and end dates of rental contract). = 09/04/2021 and ending 08/07/2021
