I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000. Please see below a request for the following information relating to alcohol addiction treatment.
1.
a. How many people in your local authority were referred for alcohol treatment?
b. If it is within the time/cost limit set by the FOI Act, please provide numbers for each type of referral (e.g. self-referral, GP referral)
2.
a. How many people were treated for alcohol addiction?
b. Please provide numbers for each type of treatment (e.g. residential rehab).
3. How much money did your local authority spend on alcohol addiction support services and treatment?
For each question, I would like data for each of the following time periods:

a. It is not possible to identify individual types of treatment within the data Lincolnshire County Council have, all those identified within question 1a have some level of alcohol dependence, so response to 2a will match 1a.
b. It is not possible to identify alcohol specific patients, so the figures below are for drugs and alcohol with the exception of 2013 that is alcohol only due to a different format of report being published.
