The penalty was for parking in a loading bay for which the road markings were virtually nonexistent due to wear and tear. Under the FOI, please will you provide me with the following.
A copy of:
1. The paperwork or other record showing the date on which it recorded the issue of the loading bay road markings requiring repainting.
2. The order raising a request for the repainting to be done.
3. And finally, a copy of the record of when the repainting was concluded.

1. Lincolnshire county Council parking services put through request 7200160 on 8 April 2021 to us requesting the markings be refreshed.
2. Order 3099453 was raised on 6 May 2021.
3. This was completed on 13 May 2021.
