This Freedom of Information enquiry relates to non-residential adult social care. Your Local Authority was one of the ones involved in developing the ADASS Common Resource Allocation Framework in 2009. The report from the Common RAS project is published here:

3. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) are unable to confirm as there is no one still at LCC that was working on it in 2009 - 2010, however LCC's current available guidance has been created with reference to the ADASS RAS Common Resource Allocation Framework.
