Please can I request the following information:

1. HR Manager/Reward and Benefits Manager's name and email address?

2. Finance Manager/Pension Manager's name and email address?

3. Number of your staff who are a member of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS)?

4. Number of LGPS members who have an Additional Voluntary Contribution (AVC) set up.

5. For the LGPS members who have an AVC set up, the total amount of AVCs made in the last month.

6. Does your organisation offer an AVC through salary sacrifice to LGPS members?

3. Lincolnshire County Council currently has 8156 active members in the LGPS scheme.

4. There are currently 256 LGPS members who have an Additional Voluntary Contribution set up.

5. In May 2021 the LGPS AVCs totalled £39,194.90

6. The Council does offer AVCs through a salary sacrifice scheme.
