Fixed Penalty Notices - Find a freedom of information request

Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like to request the number of fixed penalty notices issued by the council for the following offences in the last year (2020):

Parked in a designated disabled person's parking place without displaying a valid disabled person's badge in the prescribed manner (both on and off-street, PCN codes 40 and 87).

Lincolnshire County Council issue Penalty Charge Notices only for on street contraventions. The Police can issue Fixed Penalty Notices and the District Councils issue PCNs for off street contraventions.
