To clarify what the requester means by Events area ( Lincolnshire County Council paid for and installed bollards in Boston's Market Place, So as to cordon off an area for events.)

2. 2013-15 (initially trialled with a mix of planters and bollards, changed to all bollards in 2015).

3. The bollards used were £115 each for fixed (approx. 34no) and £225 each removable (approx. 4no), so approx. £4810.
