Pothole Repair- Scotney Drive, Grantham - Find a freedom of information request

Lincolnshire County Council repaired a Pot Hole at the Junction of : Scotney Drive & Kenilworth Road, Grantham NG31 9UA on Thursday 15 April 2021 at around 1400 hours.

The vehicle carrying out these repairs was HY65 DZO Could you confirm these repairs were reported by a member of the public, a District Cllr or County Cllr please. I am NOT requesting a name. The information is therefore not subject to Section 40 personal information.

Could you please provide the (name redacted) date the incident at Scotney Drive was reported. Again this should avoid any possible Section 40 Personal information conflict with redacted reply.

LCC and Cllrs have many thousands of email addresses so the possibility of any identification conflicts cannot be used to refuse this request.

The on-line report LCC received for Scotney Drive was from a member of the public on 26/1/21 enquiry number 385774 which generated an 80 day response time job(in line with policy) which was completed on 14th April 2021 at 14.37pm.

LCC have had no reports for Kenilworth Road since April 2020 but officers had identified some areas needing repair and the team completed 4 other jobs on Kenilworth Road on the same day. This appears to be the sum total of works completed on that day by this team.
