I am requesting the following information;

1. Over the last three years within Lincolnshire County Council Learning Disability Adult Care directorate how many people at the time of their recruitment were appointed straight to Community Care Officer Level 2 (G7)?

2. Of the above people that were appointed straight to Level 2 (G7) what was their highest educational achievement?

3. Over the last three years within LCC Learning Disability Adult Care directorate how many people were recruited to Community Care Officer Level 1?

1. Over the last 3 years there have been no individuals appointed to the post of Community Care Officer - Level 2.

2. Please see the response to question 1.

3. Over the last 3 years there have been 12 individuals appointed to the post of Community Care Officer - Level 1.
