1. Please provide a specific value for the annual contribution made in relation to a Band B Council Tax household towards provision of the local (Great Northern Terrace) Household Waste Recycling Centre.

The residential property to which the query relates is in Lincoln, postcode LN5 8ND. The purpose of this request is to support my challenge to a current Council policy which I consider fails to align with the Council's responsibility to protect the local environment.
