Toucan Crossing Grantham - Find a freedom of information request

1.With regards the recently constructed[1] toucan crossing on the A607 Harlaxton Road in Grantham, please could you provide me the as-built costs of the project, including, if possible, a breakdown of the elements such as civil works, signals, legal work, etc.

Given the COVID restrictions, I've not visited the area recently and so have not been able to confirm if the planned works did take place and weren't similarly impacted by the pandemic.

2.Should the works, or any elements, remain outstanding then please provide the budgeted costs instead of the as-built costs.

1. Costs for the traffic signals element came in at £18,106.80. The civils element for the crossing is unfortunately too time consuming to split out as the works were undertaken as part of an overall improvement scheme, the total for which was £135,177.58.

2. The works were commissioned by Sustrans and paid for by Highways England.
