Potholes Reported and Repaired 2020 - Find a freedom of information request

Please would you let me know in writing and within 20 working days if you hold information of the following description:

1.the number of potholes reported,

a.number repaired

b.cost to the council

c.and the size of the potholes, over the past year (2020).

If you do not hold such information I wish to have whatever you are able to provide me with, whether that be

- a copy of the information

And/or

- an opportunity to inspect the record

And/or

- a summary of the information

c. The size of the potholes, over the past year (2020):

From those reported 1062 were 0 – 40mm and 9,954 were over 40mm in size.

Note we are unable to provide accurate detailed information re sizes based on pot holes repaired due to the following: In April 2020, Lincolnshire County Council entered into a new Term Maintenance Contract and at this point the way in which the pothole data is measured, recorded, raised and reported changed significantly from the approach used in the previous contract.

As such, a like for like comparison of cost per year, based on previous years, will no longer provide a fair reflection of the overall cost per year.
