Pre-Action Breach of Duty Allegations - Find a freedom of information request

In 2020, how many pre-action protocol letters before claim for judicial review did the Council receive concerning alleged failure to meet local authority statutory duties under section 42 of the 2014 Children & Families Act?

Please provide the number of such letters before claim received by the council during the following periods:

1. 18 March 2020 to 7 April 2020.

2. 8 April 2020 to 1 May 2020.

3. 1 August 2020 to 31 December 2020.

The Authority did not receive any pre-action letters alleging a breach of the duty under section 42 of the 2014 Children & Families Act during 2020.
