Section 19 Flood Investigation - Middle Rasen - Find a freedom of information request

I am writing to request information regarding a Section 19 Flood Investigation conducted by yourselves in relation to a flooding which occurred at a dwelling in Church Street LN 8TR on 12/11/2019:

1. I require the details of the property the flooding related to and also details of the cause of the flooding.

2. Also have there been any flood defences put in place in the affected area and any surrounding areas specifically the above mentioned nearby property?

1. After inspecting our records the Flood Risk team has no records of a Section 19 Flood Investigation at the above address.

2. No flood defences have been put in place within the affected area; however a flood alleviation scheme was recently completed in November 2018 within the surrounding area of A46 Gainsborough Road
