University Students Tested Positive for Covid-19 - Find a freedom of information request

I am looking for information about the number of students who may have tested positive for coronavirus while at university but were still registered at doctors' at their home address, inflating the Covid-19 statistics for their home area.

Under the FOI Act, could I please request the following information?

Between 1 September and 9 December 2020

1. What proportion of positive Covid-19 test results listed for individuals aged 18-22 in your local authority were based on tests taken in a different county or area?

2. What proportion of positive Covid-19 test results listed for individuals aged 18-22 your local authority did not include data on where the test was taken?

3.If you have made any assessment of your own on the number of students whose positive test results may be affecting your authority, despite them being at university outside of your authority, please include this.

2. 2.5% (we have excluded Pillar 1 tests as although we know where these were completed from a setting perspective (e.g. hospital, prison) we don't know if it was at a setting inside or outside Lincolnshire

3. Our previously completed analyses are no longer applicable following the change in methodology regarding recorded address by PHE
