Please could you supply me with any information applicable to highways agency reference number 4153838.

I also need any information you have on tree ownership (Verbal information that you gave to me indicated that the tree overhanging the highway and interfering with our telephone cable was the property of a third party and didn't belong to myself or the agency)

As requested I need written (via return email) verification of ownership of the tree please.

The trees in question are considered boundary trees and therefore the responsibility of the adjacent landowner.

It was marked as a third party responsibility as its important to contact BT open reach as they will need to assess how much the cables are entwined into the trees.
