Ownership of Former Grantham Church High School Playing Fields - Find a freedom of information request

Grantham Church High School, Queensway, Grantham closed in August 2010. The buildings were later demolished and planning permission is granted to Lincoln Diocese from South Kesteven District Council under application S18/1557.

2. Could you confirm the date of transfer or sale?

3. Please confirm who the land was sold or transferred to and when.

4. Any restrictions or covenants placed on the future use or development of the playing fields.

1. Lincolnshire County Council.

2. This School closed 26 August 2014. The Priory Academy has handed back the buildings to Lincoln Diocesan Trust and Board of Finance and the buildings have been demolished. Lincolnshire County Council has ownership of the playing field.

3. The land has not been sold.

4. Not aware of any restrictive covenants relating to future use, but this information would be available through the Land Registry.
