1. We use AVAYA for our core telephone system.
2. We have 5,998 extensions.
3. Until 31st March responsibility for telephony is with Serco who in turn contract Vodafone to support the system. Responsibility will then transfer to Lincolnshire County Council.
4. There will be 120 extensions used at the contact centre.
5. The next renewal for the PBX/VOIP support contract is due August 2020.
