The following questions relate to Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue.

1. Basic salary of operational Area Managers (Commanders) per annum.

3. Rota pattern for operation duty for operational Area Managers (Commanders) i.e. Four days on, three days off.

a. Does this consist of primary and secondary on call arrangements?

1. The basic salary of operational area managers £59,565 per annum as per National Joint Council for Local Authority Fire and Rescue Services (Grey Book).

2. Allowances paid are 20% Flexi duty system rota allowance and 7% Gold duty system rota allowance.

3. Rota patterns for operational area managers are Monday to Friday (five on – two off) day duty.

a. On Principal Duty Officer (P1 respond within 90 mins) duty seven x 24 hours in four weeks and P2 (Respond within six hours) seven x 24 hours in four weeks.

4. £3766per annum – no fuel

5. Number of annual leave days for operational area managers is 40 days as per Grey book.
